Vodka Sauce Prosciutto Pizza with Burrata & Hot Honey

vodka sauce

I’ll be honest, I don’t switch up our pizza night often. Once I started making my proscuitto and mushroom pizza we fell in love with it and I kind of stopped experimenting. It’s just too good. But this night, I had random ingredients in the fridge, felt a little creative, and decided to just go for it.

And wow… this one is staying in the rotation.

It’s rich from the vodka sauce, salty from the prosciutto, fresh from the arugula and tomato, creamy from the burrata, and then finished with hot honey which just takes it over the top. It’s one of those pizzas that feels a little elevated but is honestly so easy to throw together.
