Viral Charcuterie Nachos

These viral charcuterie nachos are made with truffle kettle chips, melty brie, prosciutto, and a drizzle of hot honey. They come together in under 20 minutes and feel way more elevated than the effort it takes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag kettle cooked truffle chips (or potato chips of your choosing)
  • 6-8 oz brie rind on, cut into small cubes
  • 3-4 oz prosciutto torn into pieces
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • hot honey for drizzling
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F
  • Spread the truffle chips out on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish
  • Scatter the cubed brie and torn prosciutto evenly over the chips.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, just until the brie is soft and slightly melty and the prosciutto has lightly crisped.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan.
  • Drizzle generously with hot honey and finish with sliced green onions.
  • Serve right away while everything is warm and melty. Enjoy :)

Notes

  • You don’t need to overbake this—just enough heat to soften the brie and wake everything up.
  • Swap in different cheeses or meats depending on what you have—this recipe is super flexible.
  • Perfect with a dirty martini, obviously
