Viral Charcuterie Nachos
These viral charcuterie nachos are made with truffle kettle chips, melty brie, prosciutto, and a drizzle of hot honey. They come together in under 20 minutes and feel way more elevated than the effort it takes.

- 1 bag kettle cooked truffle chips (or potato chips of your choosing)
- 6-8 oz brie rind on, cut into small cubes
- 3-4 oz prosciutto torn into pieces
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- hot honey for drizzling
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
Preheat your oven to 375°F
Spread the truffle chips out on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish
Scatter the cubed brie and torn prosciutto evenly over the chips.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, just until the brie is soft and slightly melty and the prosciutto has lightly crisped.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan.
Drizzle generously with hot honey and finish with sliced green onions.
Serve right away while everything is warm and melty. Enjoy :)
