Viral Tiktok Potsticker Bake
This ridiculously easy Trader Joe’s dinner went viral for a reason. Everything bakes together in one dish, the sauce is creamy and flavorful, and frozen gyoza do all the heavy lifting. It’s the kind of cozy, low-effort meal that feels like takeout—but better.
Course Dinner
Cuisine asian
- 1 13.5 oz can coconut milk
- 3 tbsp TJ's Soyaki Sauce
- 1/2 bottle TJ's Thai Red Curry Sauce
- 1 large handful fresh spinach
- 1 bag TJ's frozen chicken or pork gyoza potstickers
- chili oil crunch for topping
- green onions sliced for topping

In a baking dish, whisk together the coconut milk, Soyaki sauce, and red Thai curry sauce until smooth.
Layer on a handful of spinach.
Arrange the frozen chicken gyoza on top of the sauce in a single layer (no need to thaw).

Remove from the oven and finish with chili oil crunch and sliced green onions.
Serve hot—straight from the dish or over rice if you want to stretch it.

Bulk it up: Add mushrooms, bell peppers, or snap peas with the spinach.
-
Serving idea: Spoon over jasmine rice or rice noodles to soak up the sauce.
