Viral Tiktok Potsticker Bake

This ridiculously easy Trader Joe’s dinner went viral for a reason. Everything bakes together in one dish, the sauce is creamy and flavorful, and frozen gyoza do all the heavy lifting. It’s the kind of cozy, low-effort meal that feels like takeout—but better.

Notes

Tips & Variations

  • Make it spicier: Add chili crisp or a squeeze of sriracha to the sauce before baking.
  • Swap the protein: Shrimp gyoza or veggie gyoza work great.
  • Bulk it up: Add mushrooms, bell peppers, or snap peas with the spinach.
  • Serving idea: Spoon over jasmine rice or rice noodles to soak up the sauce.

Storage

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the microwave or oven until warmed through.
