Turkey Lettuce Wraps
Easy ground turkey lettuce wraps inspired by PF Chang’s. Savory, fresh, and ready in minutes with simple, healthy ingredients.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce plus more for drizzle
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- pinch red pepper flakes optional for spice
- black pepper to taste
- sesame seeds
- 2 scallions finely sliced
wash your butter lettuce and set to dry
in a large pan over medium-high heat, cook ground turkey
when it's almost cooked through and edges start to brown, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, red pepper flakes and black pepper
stir and continue to cook until all pieces are cooked through
remove from heat and assemble your lettuce wraps by placing a quarter cup of the ground turkey into each piece of butter lettuce
top with scallions and sesame seeds and enjoy
- see i told you, it really is THAT easy, we didn't overcomplicate things with this one
- salt really isn't needed due to the saltiness of the soy sauce - but season as you please
- sometimes i double up on the butter lettuce to give it that extra crunch
